Reflections

In order to prepare for the day's sessions, we are asking participants to prepare a one-page reflection (and no more than one page!) on the topic of each session they will be attending (one per session, so a total of 2 separate page-long pieces per participant). These statements will be posted on the workshop's website (see details below) two weeks before the workshop (by March 1) so that everyone in the session has a chance to read the other participants' pieces.

The reflection piece is not meant to be a burden; rather, it is an opportunity to start the conversation prior to the workshop. Please be thoughtful in your writing and do take the time to read the reflections of others. If you're having trouble with what to write, we'd suggest asking yourself, what's the one thing I would like to say to the group about the topic of this session? You can also respond to the specific questions posed by each session (found in the session descriptions).

Morning session descriptions can be found here, and afternoon session descriptions can be found here.

Please email your reflections to gepworkshop@gmail.com by February 28th. Please send them either in .doc, .docx, or .pdf format (if in pdf, please send each reflection piece as a separate file so that they can be downloaded separately).
